Shipping time

We will send you an email with order shipment details and tracking once it’s generated by the carrier. Please note that the shipping times on checkout are only an estimate. During holidays, and depending on the shipping address, it might take a bit longer than estimated.

In 2022, over 95% of our orders are being fulfilled within 5 business days, and more than 75% of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days or fewer.

Shipping time can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with a photo of the damaged goods.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong shipping address

If the shipping address was wrong, and the package is sent back to us, will contact you for an updated address, and you will have to pay for second shipment.
If it is not retuned to us, then you will have to make a new order.

To avoid this situation, please double check the shipping address before ordering. If you think the address you entered is wrong, contact us as soon as possible, we might be able to update it before the shipment is sent out.
